He is good in networking and grass root level business development. He is very positive toward the future of company. He keeps progressive thinking for the development and growth of the company. Due to his extensive leadership skills company has able to reach among the farmers and established the trust as farmers own agri business organization. He regularly participate in business activities of company.

Mr Amit Kumar Singh

( CEO: Chief Executive Officer)

Mr Amit Singh is young business management professional. He has extensive academic and professional experience. Before joining Aajivika Producer Company Limited he has worked several organization and having proven record of success. He is managing this company since 2014. He has expertise of relationship building and business development. He has developed a new innovative business model which works and collection center can retail store for tribal and farmers in Sheopur region. Through these collection centers company is procuring the forest products and same time company is selling the daily grocery/ need goods to these beneficiaries. This model is replicable and will create a success story. Beside this he is a good business negotiator.

Dr Sohan Krishan Mudgal
(Mentor / District Project Manager: NRLM )

Dr S.K.Mudgal is district project manager of National Rural Livelihood Mission. Before district project manager he was agriculture coordinator with NRLM and Aajeevika Producer Company Limited was incorporated under his mentorship. Academically Dr S.K.Mudgal is PhD in Agriculture (Soil Science) and professionally he is having more than 12 years of experience in agriculture & rural development sector.  He is very positive about development and advancement of company. He wants to develop Aajeevika Producer Company Limited as an umbrella for business activity of all NRLM schemes.



Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma
( Training and Extension Adviser)

Mr Anil Kumar Sharma is young agriculture professional. Academically he is B.Sc( Ag) and M.Sc.( Ag). after that he has good professional experience of  working in agriculture and rural development sector. Trainign and extension are his core competencies.  He is part of Team Technoserve. He is assisting company in farmer networking and relationship building. He is involved in training and guidance of farmers of different crops, He organize training and help them in better agriculture practices.He regularly visit farms and provide on farm solutions. He has also good experience of procurement of agriculture commodities.
